Start and Stop the Tethering Service
On your phone launch the azilink app and active the service.
On your computer execute the script to start the modem.
$ ./android_tether
You should see azilink connect to your computer in the Status box. You can also view how much data has been being transferred so you can keep an eye on it.
Deactivate the connection by unchecking the “Service active” button in azilink on your phone. On your computer hit ctrl+c to terminate the android_tether script. You will have to restart your wireless or networking.
sudo service network-manager restart
Alternatively you can right click on the Network Manager applet on the gnome toolbar and toggle your wireless and networking off and on again. This will cause Network Manager to regenerate /etc/resolv.conf, and all date traffic will be once again routed through the normal network interfaces.
